Role Highlights:

• 800 bed facility.
• Overseeing Case Management (about 90 nurses). Case Managers are team-based and assigned to physicians.
• Main focuses are structure, Patient progression, and Length of Stay.
• Will be mentoring new nurses as well as daily team meetings, patient lists, running escalations, and doing evaluations.

Requirements:

• BSN or MSN required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Case Management..
• Valid MA RN License required upon hire.
