The incoming CNO will have the chance to influence long-term strategy, strengthen clinical operations, and help develop a new generation of nurse leaders.

Requirements:

• RN license required; ability to obtain Idaho licensure.
• BSN required; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Understanding of rural healthcare dynamics and regulatory compliance (e.g., DNV or TJC).
