This leader will oversee a portfolio of diverse inpatient units, guiding operational performance and future growth while inspiring a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.

Highlights:

• Oversight of Medical Pediatrics, Oncology, Inpatient Rehab, and Palliative Care units
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer
• Lead efforts to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams across 4 units
• Champion quality, patient experience, and unit redesign to meet future care needs
• Partner in organizations journey toward Pathway to Excellence designation
• Highly collaborative leadership environment with support from seasoned director peers

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; Masters Degree preferred
• Inpatient hospital leadership experience required
• Eligible for Wisconsin RN license
