About This Role:
We’re hiring a Data Specialist to support established 8–9 figure eCommerce brands across apparel, CPG, sporting goods, home, and pet. This role focuses on connecting ERP, Shopify, 3PL, EDI, and analytics systems, building reliable data pipelines, and automating operational workflows. The ideal candidate is technically strong, operationally aware, and comfortable working closely with COOs and Supply Chain leaders in a high-growth, multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect and maintain integrations between ERP (NetSuite), Shopify, 3PL, WMS, and EDI platforms
Build and manage clean, reliable data pipelines across operational systems
Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation
Develop dashboards and reports for inventory, orders, wholesale, and finance
Build and maintain automations using tools like Parabola, Zapier, and Make.com
Audit data accuracy across systems and proactively resolve discrepancies
Improve operational workflows by eliminating manual processes
Support wholesale/B2B data operations and EDI integrations
Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders on data-driven decisions
Document system architecture, workflows, and automation logic for scalability
Software/Platforms/Tools:
NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
Shopify (DTC) and Wholesale/B2B platforms
SQL (advanced query writing)
Parabola, Zapier, Make.com or similar automation tools
EDI platforms (SPS Commerce, Celigo, Orderful – plus)
Google Sheets / Excel (advanced)
BI and reporting tools
3PL/WMS systems
Slack & Google Workspace
Marketing analytics tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale – plus)
Qualifications:
3–5 years of freelancing experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)
3–5+ years in data, systems, or operations roles within eCommerce
Strong hands-on NetSuite or ERP experience
Advanced SQL proficiency
Proven experience building automations
Experience supporting $20M+ revenue brands preferred
Strong understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and wholesale data
Experience in multi-channel environments (DTC + B2B)
Independent, proactive, and systems-oriented
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
