About This Role:
This is a hands-on Amazon 3P operations role focused on execution. You will manage the day-to-day flow of inventory into and out of Amazon marketplaces, including creating FBA inbound shipment plans, building transfer orders in NetSuite, coordinating 3PL assembly work orders, and partnering closely with planning to maintain healthy inventory levels. This is not a high-level strategy role; we are looking for someone who has personally executed FBA shipments, managed Seller Central cases, handled reimbursements, and resolved operational issues end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize FBA inbound shipment plans across the U.S. and international marketplaces
Build and manage Transfer Orders in NetSuite to move inventory into Amazon
Coordinate removal orders and partner with planning to manage excess or aging inventory
Monitor sell-through, weeks of cover, inbound performance, and overall inventory health
Support inventory placement and replenishment decisions through accurate operational execution
- 3PL, Assembly & Freight Coordination
Coordinate with domestic and international 3PL partners for prep, labeling, storage, and compliance
Initiate and manage work orders to build Amazon-specific bundles and case packs (e.g., 2 / 4 / 7 packs for international marketplaces)
Ensure SKU accuracy and FBA compliance before shipment
Track inbound shipments, reconcile discrepancies, and drive issues through to resolution
Support cross-border inventory movement and documentation as needed
- Seller Central Operations & Issue Resolution
Reconcile FBA discrepancies, inbound shortages, and fulfillment center errors
File, manage, and track reimbursements for lost, damaged, or mis-received inventory
Resolve stranded inventory and operational listing issues
Audit FBA fees and storage charges for accuracy
Open, manage, and escalate Seller Central cases related to operations and fulfillment
Monitor operational account health metrics
- Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain dashboards and reporting for inventory health, inbound performance, and reimbursements
Identify operational inefficiencies and potential cost leakage
Develop and maintain SOPs for repeatable Amazon operational workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with planning and supply chain teams to align inventory movement with forecasted demand
Coordinate with product, packaging, and finance teams on operational requirements
Ensure inventory readiness ahead of promotions, launches, and demand spikes

Qualifications:

Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)
International Amazon marketplace experience strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
