Job Title: Partnership Operations Specialist

Contractor Fee: $2,500 - $3,000/month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

Company Overview:

Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency that helps job seekers find job opportunities for real growth. We work with stable, responsible businesses that are experienced in remote hiring and are excited to welcome international team members. Tidal is owned and operated by consumer brand owners and operators. We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

About This Role:
We are hiring a Partnership Operations Specialist to support Workspace6, a paid community for e-commerce brand operators. This is not a sales, logistics, warehouse, order fulfillment, or supply chain role. The founders handle closing partnerships. Your job starts after a partnership is agreed. You will make sure all promised deliverables are completed, including landing pages, promo codes, signup flows, newsletter copy, partner follow-ups, and community operations. We are looking for someone organized, proactive, comfortable using AI tools like Lovable, Claude, or Webflow, and able to get things done without daily direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over partnership tasks after the founders agree on a deal with a partner.

  • Read partner email threads, understand what needs to be done, and complete the next steps without needing daily instructions.

  • Turn partnership agreements into working deliverables, such as landing pages, signup flows, promo codes, Slack channels, newsletter copy, email deliverables, lead capture workflows, and member pipelines.

  • Build and update landing pages, partner pages, signup flows, and simple workflows using AI-assisted tools like Lovable, Claude Code, Webflow, or similar platforms.

  • Make sure all links, pages, promo codes, forms, popups, lead capture, and member flows are working properly from start to finish.

  • Work with the partner’s technical team when needed to make sure the full partnership flow is live, accurate, and working.

  • Track all active partners, deliverables, blockers, deadlines, and next steps.

  • Follow up with internal team members and partners before tasks get delayed or before someone has to ask for an update.

  • Write clear partner-facing emails and prepare drafts for the founder to review when needed.

  • Support community operations, including new member onboarding, welcome flows, member engagement, and workflows that currently need founder involvement.

  • Manage several active partnerships, tasks, assets, and workflows at the same time.

  • Flag issues early when a partnership may get delayed because Workspace6 or the partner has not completed something.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • AI-assisted website and workflow tools such as Lovable, Claude Code, Webflow, or similar platforms

  • AI research and writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms

  • Slack for daily communication

  • Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

  • Project management tools such as Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms

  • Landing page builders, signup flow tools, CRM tools, or pipeline management tools

  • Email, newsletter, and community platforms

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, partnerships, account management, project coordination, growth operations, community operations, or a similar role.

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Claude Code, Webflow, or similar platforms.

  • Able to build and update landing pages, signup flows, and simple workflows without coding from scratch.

  • Has a good eye for design and can tell if a page, asset, or flow looks clean and ready to use.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Able to write clear partner-facing emails, including drafts in the founder’s voice when needed.

  • Highly organized and able to track multiple partners, deliverables, and deadlines at the same time.

  • Comfortable working with founders, internal teams, partners, and partner-side technical teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.

  • Proactive and able to figure out next steps without being told what to do every day.

  • Able to commit to this as a full-time role, not a side gig.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands, DTC brands, paid communities, events, conferences, newsletters, or partnership-based growth.

  • Experience helping with community tasks such as onboarding new members, setting up welcome messages, or keeping members engaged.

  • Experience working in a small company or startup where you handled different types of tasks and had to get things done.

  • Experience helping with partner promotions, co-marketing campaigns, or content partnerships.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with required overlap during US business hours for check-ins and partner coordination.
