About This Role:

Were hiring an Omnichannel Operations Manager to support a newly launched consumer brand operating across DTC and retail channels. Youll own inventory planning, purchasing, and product movement across a distributed warehouse network while acting as the bridge between sales and operations, driving accurate forecasting, cash flow visibility, and seamless coordination with 3PL and warehouse partners. Strong communication skills and North America time zone alignment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast cash flow requirements tied to inventory purchasing

  • Build and maintain rolling inventory forecasts and re-order plans

  • Issue and manage purchase orders with manufacturers and vendors

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across 3PL and regional warehouse partners

  • Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouse locations to prevent stockouts or overstock

  • Maintain accurate inventory reporting and operational dashboards

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales and operations to align demand planning

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Google Sheets (advanced proficiency required)

  • Inventory and order management systems

  • Slack, Zoom, Email

  • Basic financial tracking tools

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of freelancing experience

  • 4–6+ years in operations, supply chain, or inventory management

  • Excellent written and verbal English C1 or C2 level

  • Strong cash flow forecasting and inventory planning capability

  • Experience coordinating across multiple external partners such as 3PLs, vendors, and warehouses

  • Retail or distributed warehouse network experience strongly preferred

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours, preferred
