About This Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Wholesale Order Specialist to support the logistics and fulfillment operations of one of our fast-growing e-commerce clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational precision and clear communication. You will oversee wholesale order processing from start to finishensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and effective coordination between 3PLs, sales reps, and retail partners. The right candidate is comfortable with backend systems, understands wholesale workflows, and can handle exception management with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process B2B wholesale orders and track fulfillment from entry to delivery

  • Coordinate with 3PLs, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments

  • Monitor open orders, resolve discrepancies, and prevent chargebacks

  • Maintain wholesale documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and routing guides

  • Communicate proactively with retail partners on order status and issue resolution

  • Support compliance with retailer guidelines and EDI requirements

  • Update and audit ERP and sales systems for accuracy and completeness

  • Shopify Plus

  • Amazon Seller Central

  • SPS Commerce

  • Fulfil.io (or similar ERP)

  • Google Sheets / Excel

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • EDI portals

  • Retailer platforms (e.g., Faire, Nordstrom, Target, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • Prior experience in wholesale operations, order fulfillment, or logistics

  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce and ERP platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on complex processes

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong time management skills

  • Familiarity with routing guides and retailer compliance is a plus

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US PST
