About This Role:

We are hiring an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to support creator-driven growth for one of our digital brand clients. This role blends influencer sourcing, content coordination, and light performance marketing tasks. The right candidate has a shar,p creative eye, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building high-performing partnerships. You’ll help scale the brand’s presence through content collaboration, efficient workflows, and campaign execution across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit creators, influencers, and content partners that align with brand values

  • Develop creative briefs and guide execution for UGC, ad content, and landing page needs

  • Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and editors to support ongoing campaigns

  • Upload and manage ad creatives on platforms like Meta, X, and other networks

  • Research trends, competitor content, and high-performing ad formats

  • Build and test landing pages using templates (no coding required)

  • Document processes and optimize workflows to support scale and performance

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager (preferred)

  • Shopify (for landing page setup)

  • AI tools for automation and task efficiency

  • Google Workspace

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or content coordination

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Creative eye for engaging ads and organic content

  • Comfortable sourcing talent and managing creator communication

  • Process-driven, with a focus on streamlining and improving marketing workflows

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
