Contractor Fee: $1,500-$1,800/month (USD)

About This Role:

Were looking for a highly organized Technical Recruiter to support the hiring operations of a fast-moving, tech-focused client. This behind-the-scenes role focuses on sourcing top Engineering talent, managing ATS workflows, and keeping recruiting operations clean and efficient. You wont be conducting interviews, but your impact will be felt through strong pipelines and reliable systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building processes from scratchstartup experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source high-quality Engineering talent based on role requirements

  • Build and manage top-of-funnel candidate pipelines

  • Maintain clean, organized data in Ashby and ensure ATS health

  • Track progress of open roles and hiring workflows

  • Support the coordination of interviews and hiring timelines

  • Communicate regularly with the hiring team on recruiting status

  • Provide summaries and updates on sourcing activities

  • Occasionally support sourcing for GTM roles (AE, SDR, etc.)

  • Monitor and update candidate stages and notes in the ATS

  • Help document and optimize recruiting workflows

  • Airtable

  • Calendly

  • Sourcing databases and tools

  • Email management platforms

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • Proven experience recruiting for Engineering roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with Ashby or other modern ATS platforms

  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

  • Experience supporting recruiting coordination tasks

  • Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset

  • Tech-savvy and fast at learning new tools

  • Proactive and resourceful, comfortable building systems from scratch

  • Startup experience is a plus, not a requirement

  • Bonus: experience sourcing for GTM roles (AE, SDR, Marketing)

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with required availability for a daily stand-up between 9AM to 5PM US PST.
