About This Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory accuracy, streamline supply chain operations, and assist in financial and cash flow forecasting. The right candidate has experience managing ERP systems, working with vendors and 3PLs, and reconciling financial data in platforms like Xero or QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile inventory data in ERP Systems
Oversee purchase orders, receipts, assemblies, transfers, fulfillment, and billing (Xero/QBO).
Conduct demand planning and support accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with vendors and 3PL partners for physical inventory checks and reconciliations.
Generate inventory and cost reports to identify inefficiencies.
Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial tracking efforts.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain accuracy and speed.
Support ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL queries.
Software/Platforms/Tools:
ERP systems (or like NetSuite, Cin7 Core, Odoo, Fulfill, etc.)
Xero, QuickBooks Online, or similar accounting software
Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data tools)
SQL (basic familiarity for querying and reports)
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
35 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, or financial operations
Proven freelancing or remote work background (35 years preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Advanced spreadsheet skills; confident with formulas like =ARRAY, lookups, and dashboards
ERP experience, especially Cin7 Core or similar systems
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Experience in consumer goods or e-commerce preferred (beauty/fragrance background is a plus)
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
