About This Role:
We are hiring an experienced Amazon Channel Administrator to manage backend operations and ensure optimized product listings, inventory accuracy, and compliance across Amazon marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, and experience supporting product visibility, logistics, and catalog integrity. You’ll play a key part in supporting performance across the channel through efficient workflows and tight coordination with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, variations, images, and content on Amazon Seller Central
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment
Ensure compliance with Amazon listing standards, category requirements, and A+ content guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, or stranded inventory
Handle order and return monitoring in Seller Central and support issue resolution
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a timely inventory flow
Track and report on key metrics such as Buy Box win rate, return reasons, listing health, and ad performance
Maintain internal documentation and continuously optimize processes for accuracy and efficiency
Software/Platforms/Tools:
Amazon Seller Central
Inventory management platforms (e.g., SellerCloud, Cin7, or similar)
Google Sheets
MS Excel
Slack
Zoom
Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
At least 35 years of experience in Amazon channel operations or marketplace management
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and catalog troubleshooting
Familiarity with inventory tracking, order flow, and compliance monitoring
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST
