Contractor Fee: $1700/month

About This Role:

We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who is meticulous, data-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, highly organized, and detail-obsessed. You will support both backend operations and reporting functions, playing a key role in ensuring accurate ecommerce data, seamless product launches, and a high-quality customer site experience. Success in this role means maintaining clean and consistent data, enabling timely product rollouts, and proactively identifying areas for site or reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and export sales data from reporting platforms; analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support buying and merchandising strategies

  • Update and validate weekly sales, PO data, and order metrics in spreadsheets

  • QC monthly shipping invoices for accuracy from fulfillment partners

  • Report e-commerce and marketing KPIs: website clicks, returns, A/B test results, search data, email performance, Affiliate platform, and Influencer program performance

  • Build visual sales reports in Google Slides

  • Support product and collection launches on Shopify, including:
    • Upload images, alt text, tags, and SKUs correctly across listings

    • Set up and maintain product kits and personalization in e-commerce apps

    • Maintain and update the product image drive to accurately represent current products and development CADs

    • Build and maintain product attribute database in Airtable (MK’s pre-MPD file)

    • Create UPC codes

  • Perform regular QA on desktop/mobile versions of the website

  • Monitor and report bugs, design issues, or UX gaps

  • Monitor 3PL SLA performance and storage usage. Provide monthly reporting on performance with recommendations on opportunities for improvement 

  • Manage the setup and performance reporting of promo codes

  • Ensure PDPs and collections reflect inventory availability

  • Flag trends in customer feedback or reviews

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • Solid background in e-commerce coordination and backend operations

  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting

  • Experience using Shopify and related e-commerce tools

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment

  • Proactive and tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools

  • Excellent QA skills across various devices and browsers

  • Good communication and reliability in remote work setups

  • Background with DTC or U.S. e-commerce brands preferred
