About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and financial tracking for Fulton & Roark. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end inventory processes, working with Cin7 Core (DEAR Systems) and Xero, and collaborating with vendors and warehouses to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to optimizing supply chain workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile all inventory transactions in Cin7 Core (DEAR Systems) and Xero.
Oversee purchase orders, inventory receipts, assemblies, transfers, order fulfillment, and billing.
Perform demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels and anticipate future orders.
Conduct physical inventory checks with 3PL partners and manufacturers to identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with vendors and warehouses to ensure system data aligns with physical inventory.
Generate reports on inventory trends, costs, and inefficiencies to support business decisions.
Continuously assess and improve supply chain workflows for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in financial analysis tasks, leveraging strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Support broader operational initiatives as the company scales.
Software/Platforms/Tools:
Cin7 Core (DEAR Systems)
Xero
Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced: pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
Inventory and order management systems
Qualifications:
Must be located in Brazil.
At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
At least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or bookkeeping.
Experience in CPG (beauty/fragrance background a plus, but not required).
Strong proficiency with inventory management systems (Cin7 Core preferred).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with team members and vendors.
Ability to quickly learn new software and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
