About This Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager to join the Product & Operations team. This role will oversee day-to-day dropshipping operations across multiple channels, manage logistics and shipping tasks, and support ad-hoc product-related projects. The ideal candidate is experienced with DTC brands and skilled in supply chain management, inbound/outbound logistics, project coordination, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets operations. The role requires hands-on experience with data tracking, formulas, and COGS.

Key Responsibilities:

Dropshipping & Product Listing Management:

  • Manage and monitor orders across various non-Shopify channels (Amazon, Saks, Nordstrom, etc.).

  • Resolve order issues, update product listings and catalogs, and evaluate channel performance.

  • Analyze and improve performance on each channel

  • Work with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and dropshipping software such as Mirakl/Cymbio.

Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate inbound shipping tasks, including customs clearance, invoice organization, delivery schedules, and payment tracking.

  • Oversee outbound shipping tasks, handle day-to-day issue resolution with 3PL providers, and organize bills.

  • Act as the communication link between product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth processes and proactive updates.

Product & Data Organization:

  • Support ad-hoc product tasks, including organizing data and facilitating communication between internal teams and external vendors and contract manufacturers.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Shopify, Amazon Seller Central

  • Excel/Google Sheets

  • Mirakl/Cymbio (preferred)

  • Additional dropshipping/EDI software experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen.

  • Previous experience working directly with a DTC brand

  • Proficiency in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong expertise in advanced formulas such as ImportRange, ArrayFormula, and VLOOKUP.

  • Confident in managing complex data tasks and maintaining detailed spreadsheets

  • Experience in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management is highly preferred.
