About This Role:

We are hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager to support one of our dynamic client brands. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who can manage end-to-end brand communications, lead generation campaigns, and content strategy. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, delivering engaging campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with strong project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain a consistent brand voice across email, social, and web platforms

  • Oversee the creation and execution of content for email marketing, digital ads, and web assets

  • Collaborate with design teams to produce on-brand visuals and messaging

  • Manage marketing calendars and coordinate lead generation and awareness campaigns

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTRs, conversions)

  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize content across email and ad platforms

  • Support paid media initiatives on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects with sales and leadership teams

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards and are completed on schedule

  • Provide proactive updates and performance insights to internal stakeholders

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content strategy

  • Strong creative writing and brand storytelling abilities

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager)

  • Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing campaigns

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and deadline-driven environments

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with email marketing, paid digital ads, and campaign reporting

  • Experience with B2B or eCommerce brands is a plus, but not required

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
