About This Role:
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager / Estimator to support a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. This role owns the backend of the sales pipeline, ensuring every deal moves forward efficiently and every proposal is delivered accurately within 24 hours. You will work closely with sales reps to manage deal flow, remove bottlenecks, and maintain a high standard of execution. This is not an administrative role, but full operational ownership of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full sales pipeline from post-consultation to close
Build and deliver accurate, high-quality proposals within 24 hours of each consultation
Support 1 to 2 sales reps handling approximately 6 consultations per day each
Review call recordings or transcriptions and extract critical details for proposals
Use internal tools to create layouts, estimates, and client-ready proposals
Maintain and update CRM with real-time, accurate deal data and notes
Proactively identify bottlenecks and push deals forward to maintain velocity
Coordinate across sales, operations, and customer support to ensure alignment
Hold sales reps accountable for processing and ensuring deals do not stall
Manage multiple deals simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Software/Platforms/Tools:
CRM platforms such as PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Proposal and quoting tools such as PandaDoc, Proposify, or similar
Design or layout tools (training will be provided; prior experience is a plus)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Slack and Zoom for communication
Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
Spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
Qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years of freelancing or remote work experience
2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Estimation, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)
Experience supporting high-volume or consultative sales environments
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with estimating, quoting, or proposal building
Familiarity with layouts, floor plans, or product configurations
Experience supporting high-ticket or consultative sales processes
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time preferred)
