About This Role:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Lead to support supply chain and operations projects for multiple CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You will help improve processes, manage operational tasks, and support senior operators across different projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day execution across supply chain and operations projects

  • Assist with process mapping, workflow optimization, and systems implementation

  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights

  • Maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation

  • Help improve inventory planning, procurement workflows, and fulfillment processes

  • Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, and logistics

  • Manage project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements

  • Assist senior operators in client-facing operational initiatives

  • Maintain high attention to detail across all tasks and communications

  • Utilize tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, and related platforms

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Excel or Google Sheets

  • Notion

  • Airtable

  • Smartsheet

  • Slack and Zoom

  • Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 or C2 English level)

  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with operational software/tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Nice to have:

  • Startup, account management, or consulting experience

  • Experience working with US-based companies

  • Systems or process improvement mindset

  • Experience supporting multiple clients or projects

  • Latin America-based candidates preferred

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with some overlap required with US business hours
