About This Role:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Lead to support supply chain and operations projects for multiple CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You will help improve processes, manage operational tasks, and support senior operators across different projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day execution across supply chain and operations projects
Assist with process mapping, workflow optimization, and systems implementation
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights
Maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation
Help improve inventory planning, procurement workflows, and fulfillment processes
Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, and logistics
Manage project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements
Assist senior operators in client-facing operational initiatives
Maintain high attention to detail across all tasks and communications
Utilize tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, and related platforms
Software/Platforms/Tools:

Slack and Zoom
Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 or C2 English level)
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with operational software/tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Nice to have:
Startup, account management, or consulting experience
Experience working with US-based companies
Systems or process improvement mindset
Experience supporting multiple clients or projects
Latin America-based candidates preferred
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with some overlap required with US business hours
