  • Location: Latin America (Remote)
  • Salary: USD $1,000-$2,000 per month
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (some flexibility)
  • English Proficiency: Excellent - C2/C1 Level
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a virtual assistant or in similar remote administrative roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and calls, responding on behalf of the executives when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage projects and events
  • Organize and maintain files and databases
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members or clients
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Familiarity with basic social media management and graphic design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

WFH Set-up Requirements:

  • A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later.
  • A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option.
  • A functional noise-canceling headset.
  • A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
