About the job CRM & Loyalty Executive
Lead and deliver the CRM/Loyalty strategy to deliver increased engagement and sales conversion while enhancing personalised customer programs.
The Role:
Archies Footwear is adding a newly created CRM & Loyalty Executive to its high performing and connected Marketing & Brand team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, executing, and reporting on our CRM activities and future loyalty program development. Your expertise will ensure strategies are seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints, driving customer retention and brand loyalty to drive eComm sales conversion.
You will collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Creative, and Media Buying teams to develop and manage targeted workflows and programs within our CRM platforms. Your ability to accurately manage data and leverage insights will be key to enhancing customer messaging and content development to deliver against commercial objectives. Regular performance reporting and post-campaign analysis will be part of your routine, helping us continuously improve and innovate.
This role will best suit a commercial CRM specialist who wants to take the next step and own strategy development and execution with a high growth business with huge global ambitions!
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth and retention across all customer segments
- Increase engagement & revenue from existing customer base
- Continuously improve Customer segmentation to personalise communications & offers
- Provide in-depth analytics and insights on customer trends across the leadership team
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in customer data management and communication
- Lead research, thinking and ideation around future loyalty program options

What we are looking for:
- Specialist skills and expertise in CRM, preferably using Klaviyo.
- Analytical decision-maker, able to solve complex problems using data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisation, planning skills & professionalism to work in an authentic and ethical manner.
- Ambitious, proactive and outcomes-oriented mindset underpinned by accountability.
- Ability to work well under pressure with critical thinking and solution orientated mindset.
- Business or Marketing qualifications ideal, but not essential.
