About the job Social Media Manager

As our Social Media Manager / Content Assistant, youll take full ownership of our brands organic content engine. Your goal? To grow our community, elevate our content quality, and ultimately drive engagement, retention, and conversions through scroll-stopping visuals and authentic storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Strategy & Planning

    Own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn with special focus on Instagram growth.

  • Content Creation

    Design engaging social assets (Reels, carousels, graphics) using Canva or Adobe Suite. Write high-converting, on-brand captions that convert scrollers into fans.

  • Light Video Editing

    Edit short-form content using CapCut or similar tools to create engaging Reels and Stories.

  • Community Engagement

    Manage DMs, comments, and story replies daily to nurture our audience and increase engagement.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    Track weekly performance across channels, identify growth trends, and recommend optimization strategies based on data.

  • Email Campaign Support

    Assist in building our email list and supporting light campaign tasks ensuring content synergy between email and social channels.


You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in social media/content roles for US D2C eCommerce brands
  • Are deeply familiar with Instagram growth tactics and platform-native trends
  • Have a sharp eye for design and experience creating aesthetic, high-converting content
  • Can write engaging, branded copy that connects with a wellness-savvy audience
  • Have basic email marketing knowledge (even better if youve used Klaviyo)
  • Thrive in fast-paced, remote teams and are self-driven and responsive
