Were looking for a strategic and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the development and growth of our affiliate program. This is a key role for someone who thrives in performance-based marketing and enjoys building partnerships that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Program Development

  • Design and implement a robust affiliate marketing strategy from scratch or enhance the current structure.
  • Define offer models, commission tiers, bonus incentives, and onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage affiliate platforms (e.g., Refersion, Rewardful, Impact, FirstPromoter).
  • Align affiliate strategy with overall marketing and revenue goals.

2. Partner Recruitment & Enablement

  • Source and onboard high-value affiliate partners such as:
    • Content creators (YouTubers, podcasters, online educators)
    • Digital marketing agencies and consultants
    • Influencers in niche markets and newsletter owners
  • Build and maintain a partner enablement toolkit (swipe copy, creatives, brand guidelines, product walkthroughs).
  • Educate partners on product benefits, use cases, and how to optimize their performance.

3. Funnel Optimization & Growth

  • Optimize affiliate funnels to increase engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, offers, and CTAs to identify high-performing elements.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and fully supported.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain a dashboard for affiliate tracking, attribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze KPIs and ROI across campaigns; generate actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders with metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate commission payouts and maintain transparent financial records.

5. Relationship Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison for affiliate communication and relationship management.
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to partners through newsletters, product updates, and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain a structured CRM to track affiliate relationships, status, performance history, and touchpoints.
