SEO Specialist

Hire Overseas is a leading global company that specializes in connecting businesses with top talent from around the world. We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our company's online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to optimize our website and ensure that it ranks high in search engine results pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
• Monitor and report on website analytics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content, including meta tags, titles, and descriptions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues
• Utilize SEO tools and software to track and analyze website performance and make data-driven decisions
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced, digital marketing environment
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites is a plus
