  • Prior call center or customer service experience is highly preferred.

  • A quiet work environment, reliable internet connection, and headset are non-negotiables.

  • This is a fully remote role you'll need to be tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly.

  • This job is repetitive and requires stamina if you get bored easily, this isn't the job for you.

Job Description:

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline voice of a high-volume U.S. car dealership, making outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service needs. You'll follow daily call campaigns, leave voicemails, send texts, and schedule service appointments playing a key role in keeping customers engaged and vehicles maintained.

What You'll Be Doing:

High-Volume Calling

  • Make 175+ outbound calls daily to customers about overdue 

    or upcoming vehicle services.
  • Follow structured call lists and campaign goals consistently.

Customer Follow-up

  • Send texts, voicemails, and follow-up emails to increase 

    engagement
  • Respond to replies and schedule service appointments using 

    dealership tools.

Data Management & Communication

  • Accurately log all calls and customer responses in CRM or dealership systems.

  • Maintain a professional tone and clear communication at all times.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have fluent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.

  • Have at least 1 year of call center experience (highly preferred).

  • Are comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outbound work.

  • Can follow scripts, handle basic questions, and stick to structured processes.

  • Have a reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet working space.

  • Are available full-time, Monday Friday, during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working in a car dealership or vehicle service-related 

    role
  • Familiarity with tools like Air call, Podio, Go To, 

    or similar dialer/CRM

    platforms.
