About the job GTM Contractor
Were looking for a gritty, scrappy, and insanely resourceful GTM Contractor to help us launch high-touch, unconventional ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
This role isnt about playing by the bookits about rewriting it. If you're the kind of person who can figure out how to deliver cupcakes to a CMOs office, post flyers in parking lots from coast to coast, or hire someone on Craigslist to hand-deliver a personalized giftyoure exactly who we want.
Youll work closely with our NYC-based team to brainstorm wild ideas, coordinate campaign logistics, hire local talent, and track performance across highly personalized outreach initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Execution (ABM & Offline Focused)
Coordinate and execute bold, high-impact campaigns to cut through the noise and get in front of high-value prospects.

Offline Tactics Include:
- Flyer drops in office parking lots
- Cupcake deliveries with handwritten notes
- Direct mail targeting niche audiences
- Personalized gift drops
- And more whatever works to spark curiosity and connection

Freelancer & Vendor Management
Hire, brief, and manage local freelancers (via Craigslist, TaskRabbit, etc.) to carry out campaign tasks across the U.S.

Prospect Deep Dives
Research target accounts and individuals using LinkedIn, podcasts, YouTube, Google, and other sources. Build rich profiles that inform hyper-personalized outreach.

Creative Outreach & Follow-up
Blend traditional outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) with creative, personalized touches that get attention and replies.

Operational Management
Keep campaign timelines moving. Handle logistics, scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with military-level precision.

Performance Tracking & Iteration
Monitor campaign results, report responses, and optimize tactics based on real-world feedback.
Who Were Looking For:
- Relentlessly resourceful and creative you find ways, not excuses
- Comfortable working with minimal direction you get things done
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experienced with (or adaptable to) B2B, outbound, or SaaS sales environments
- Excellent communicator both in writing and on calls
- Comfortable managing vendors and freelancers remotely
- Able to overlap with U.S. hours, especially EST
