This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) and follows a U.S.
Eastern Time schedule you must be available during those hours.

Job Description:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions about their car servicing, appointment scheduling, or general concerns. Your job is to provide clear, efficient, and helpful support that leaves the customer feeling heard and taken care of.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Support

Answer inbound calls from customers with professionalism and
empathy. - Provide accurate information about vehicle service appointments, scheduling, promotions, and dealership procedures.
Problem Solving & Scheduling

Resolve basic customer concerns or redirect more complex inquiries
as needed. -
Use dealership software to schedule, confirm, or update service
appointments. -
Log all customer interactions and outcomes clearly in internal
systems.
Communication & Follow-Up

Maintain a calm, friendly demeanor during every interaction.

Send follow-up messages when necessary to confirm or reschedule appointments.
You're a Great Fit If You:

Speak fluent English with a clear, neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.

Have at least 1 year of inbound customer service or call center experience (preferred).

Are a strong listener who can remain composed and helpful under pressure.

Can multitask between systems and screens while assisting customers.

Are comfortable learning and using dealership or CRM software.

Have a stable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a reliable headset.

Can work full-time, Monday Friday, during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with a car dealership or in the automotive service industry.

Familiarity with tools like Podio, Air call, Go To, or other CRM/dialer platforms.
