Compensation: $225,000 – $290,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a premier Am Law 100 firm to identify a seasoned Media & Entertainment Litigation Associate for its highly regarded practice group. This opportunity is best suited for a litigator who values precision, intellectual rigor, and teamwork—and who wants exposure to complex, high-profile disputes at the intersection of entertainment, media, and emerging technology.

The Opportunity
This role offers meaningful, hands-on litigation experience within a collaborative and high-performing team. Associates are not siloed or limited to narrow tasks; instead, they are entrusted with real responsibility and direct partner interaction early in their tenure.
The practice advises and represents leading companies and creators across film, television, digital platforms, and technology-driven content. Matters often involve cutting-edge legal questions, including those arising from new distribution models, digital media, and artificial intelligence.
What You'll Do

Represent prominent clients across the entertainment, media, and technology sectors

Litigate complex disputes involving film, television, digital content, and emerging technologies

Take a substantive role in all phases of litigation, including:

Fact development and discovery strategy

Drafting and arguing motions

Case assessment and litigation planning

Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and client counseling

Interface directly with clients, developing trusted-advisor skills

Contribute to matters that shape how content and media are created, distributed, and protected

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:

3–5 years of litigation experience only (strict requirement)

Background at an Am Law 100/200 firm or a large, well-regarded regional firm

Stellar academic credentials

Demonstrated strength in legal research, analysis, and writing

Active California bar admission
-
Stable employment history showing professional progression
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)
