This role is ideal for a driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is eager to work side-by-side with the CEO on mission-critical initiatives.
This is not a narrow operations job. It's a strategic builder role for someone who can think like an operator, communicate like a consultant, and move like an owner. From improving internal processes to shaping go-to-market initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market & Customer Engagement
-
Support the CEO in preparing for and participating in conferences, customer meetings, product discussions, investor presentations, and strategic sales conversations.
-
Conduct research, synthesize insights, and develop materials that strengthen customer confidence and accelerate deal momentum.
-
Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure messaging, workflows, and customer interactions are aligned and effective.
Business Operations & Internal Execution
-
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and remove bottlenecks across the organization.
-
Build scalable processes that enable rapid growth while preserving quality, speed, and organizational alignment.
-
Establish dashboards, metrics, and internal systems that give leadership visibility into performance and operational health.
Strategic Support for Leadership
-
Act as a thought partner to the CEO turning loosely defined ideas into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
-
Own special projects involving market expansion, product operations, compliance considerations, or go-to-market experiments.
-
Help the company transition from early-stage scrappiness to operational excellence without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
People, Culture & Organizational Growth
-
Support hiring, onboarding, and team building as the company scales its workforce.
-
Develop lightweight documentation and playbooks that strengthen internal communication and cultural alignment.
-
Assist with internal events, team cadence, and cross-functional coordination to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Preferred Qualifications Critical for Interview Selection
Candidates who stand out will have most of the following:
