HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple Precision CNC Manufacturing Launch & Process Integration Specialist to join one of our valued client partners in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This full-time onsite opportunity is designed for a highly skilled manufacturing professional who can successfully bridge CNC programming, machine setup, process optimization, and production implementation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of manufacturing projects from engineering drawings and CAD models through CNC programming, machine setup, first article validation, troubleshooting, and full production release. This role requires a hands-on technical professional capable of improving machining efficiency, solving complex production challenges, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-ready CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Convert engineering drawings and 3D models into optimized machining strategies.
- Select tooling, fixtures, machining methods, and manufacturing processes for efficient production.
- Perform machine setup, prove-out, and process validation for new production jobs.
- Conduct first article inspections and verify dimensional accuracy against engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues while implementing corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing engineering initiatives that improve quality, throughput, and process consistency.
- Collaborate with machinists, programmers, quality personnel, and engineering teams during product launches and engineering changes.
- Optimize cycle times while maintaining product quality and manufacturing standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, setup instructions, process improvements, and production support materials.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software.
- Hands-on machine setup and production prove-out experience.
- Experience validating first article inspections and production releases.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Proven troubleshooting experience involving CNC machining processes.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations throughout production.
- Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling selection, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple manufacturing priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- U.S. citizens only.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Multi-axis CNC programming experience.
- Experience supporting high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience implementing process improvements that reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and production documentation.
- Stable employment history demonstrating increasing technical responsibility within manufacturing operations.
HireNow Package
- Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience.

- Employment Type: Full-Time.
