This opportunity is designed for drivers seeking dependable weekly home time, stable freight, and consistent routes while supporting a dedicated distribution operation throughout North Carolina.

HireNow Snapshot
The CDL-A Driver will support dedicated transportation operations while maintaining safe and efficient delivery performance. Drivers will operate within a home-weekly schedule while servicing routes primarily within a 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, North Carolina.
Transportation Operations
- Safely transport freight while maintaining on-time delivery standards.
- Support a combination of local routes and regional runs.
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Complete required logs and transportation documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
- Maintain professionalism while supporting customer delivery expectations.
Freight Responsibilities
- Handle no-touch freight operations.
- Support dedicated routes with approximately 1,500 miles per week.
- Complete a combination of local twelve-hour shifts and regional runs two to three times weekly.
- Operate during evening and nighttime hours.
- Maintain flexibility to support weekend and holiday operations.
- Deliver freight efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.

Drivers residing within approximately 50 miles of Tar Heel are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,187 – $1,595
- Annual Earnings: $61,775 – $82,948
- Per-Load Pay for Trips up to 189 Miles
- CPM Compensation Beyond 189 Miles
- Safe & On-Time Bonus Program
Schedule
- Home Weekly
- Solo Driver Position
- Approximately 1,500 Miles Per Week
- Evening Shift Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
