HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Founding Account Manager on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI-driven insurance fintech sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Founding Account Manager opportunity.
We are seeking a commercially sharp, relationship-driven operator who can own strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal while serving as the internal quarterback across multiple functions. This role requires executive presence, calm decision-making under pressure, and the ability to expand revenue within mission-critical customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer onboarding and implementation plans from kickoff through successful go-live
- Build structured timelines, accountability plans, and milestones that ensure strong customer adoption
- Coordinate internally across Operations, Claims, Product, and Leadership teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain trust
- Own account management cadence including business reviews, success plans, SLA oversight, escalation management, and executive communications
- Identify account risks early, de-escalate challenges professionally, and preserve long-term customer confidence
- Drive renewals, retention strategy, reference ability, and customer advocacy initiatives
- Identify and close expansion opportunities across regions, programs, business units, or service lines
- Partner closely with senior leadership to improve client experience and scale repeatable account management processes
- Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting visibility, and account growth planning
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, or post-sales revenue ownership roles
- Proven ownership of the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and upsell / expansion
- Experience supporting mission-critical software, infrastructure, or operational platforms
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to manage high-stakes client relationships
- Demonstrated success expanding revenue within existing accounts
- Ability to remain composed under pressure while solving urgent client issues
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to drive internal teams without direct authority
- Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Background in insurance, TPA, claims operations, InsurTech, fintech, payments, healthcare systems, or other high-compliance industries
- Startup experience including building playbooks, processes, and customer success frameworks from scratch
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership teams
- Strong commercial acumen with value mapping and expansion strategy skills
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with multi-stakeholder complexity
- International client management experience across U.S. and UK markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems, success platforms, and account forecasting disciplines

HireNow Package
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $180,000
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000 – $360,000+
- Additional Compensation: Equity + benefits package
