HireNow Package
Listed Annual Compensation
- $90,000–$115,000
- Actual compensation will depend on experience, equipment, freight, route length, availability, and schedule.

Schedule and Home Time

Equipment & Freight
Depending on qualifications and assignments, drivers may operate:
- Dry van trailers
- Refrigerated/reefer trailers
- Flatbed trailers
- Step deck trailers
- Specialized tractor-trailer equipment
- Other heavy commercial tractor-trailer configurations
Experience with every equipment type is not required. Candidates should identify the equipment and freight they are qualified to handle.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with applicable DOT requirements and company standards.
- Transport assigned freight and meet pickup and delivery requirements.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and transportation documentation.
- Communicate promptly about scheduling, delays, deliveries, and route changes.
- Secure and protect freight when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, dispatchers, and transportation partners.
- Follow applicable federal, state, and local transportation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL appropriate for the assigned tractor-trailer equipment
- Experience operating large commercial tractor-trailers
- Clean, acceptable driving record under employer criteria
- Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements
- Strong commitment to safe equipment operation
- Dependability and professional communication
- Willingness to transport different loads and operate assigned routes within demonstrated qualifications
- Residence within the employer's accepted hiring territory
