About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a next-generation banking and cash management platform to identify a Founding Recruiter who will define how the company attracts, evaluates, and hires world-class talent from day one.
This is a true 01 recruiting role. You will work directly with founders and senior leadership, helping build the technical backbone of the company while also supporting go-to-market and operational hiring as the organization scales. The right candidate is not just a recruiter—they are a strategic operator who understands how early hiring decisions shape culture, velocity, and long-term success.
What You'll Do

Own full cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and infrastructure roles, with flexibility to support GTM and operations hiring as needed

Partner directly with founders and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring plans

Design interview processes that balance speed, rigor, and candidate experience

Proactively source passive, high-caliber talent from top-tier technology companies using creative, research-driven approaches

Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and network cultivation

Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience that reflects a strong employer brand

Track, analyze, and optimize recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates

Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and documentation as the company grows

Required Qualifications

4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

Proven success recruiting technical roles (engineering, product, infrastructure) with the ability to flex into GTM hiring

Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates at top-tier technology companies

Experience working in or closely with fintech, AI, or early-stage startups

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise founders and senior leaders

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)

Experience as a founding or early recruiting hire building teams from scratch

Background supporting highly selective, technical hiring bars

Ability to operate independently without established playbooks
