Compensation: $240,000 – $375,000 base salary

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a well-established Am Law 200 firm to recruit a seasoned and skilled Corporate Senior Attorney to join its Corporate Business Unit in Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for an experienced corporate attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work, values collaboration, and is seeking long-term professional growth within a stable, team-oriented environment.

The Opportunity
This position offers exposure to a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and high-value commercial agreements. The selected attorney will work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas and maintain direct interaction with clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions.

Role Overview
As a Corporate Senior Attorney, you will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and managing sophisticated transactions. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, including leading due diligence efforts and serving as a primary point of contact for clients on complex matters.
This role is well suited for an attorney who combines strong technical skills with sound judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform the following responsibilities to be considered:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents, including:

Mergers and acquisitions agreements

Customer and vendor agreements
-
Commercial contracts and related transactional documents

Lead and manage due diligence teams and processes

Support clients through all phases of corporate transactions, from initial structuring through closing

Collaborate closely with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated, practical client solutions

Maintain strong client relationships through clear, timely, and effective communication

Contribute to the overall strength and development of the corporate practice
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:

5+ years of corporate and transactional experience

Substantial experience with M&A and commercial agreements

Demonstrated experience leading or managing due diligence efforts

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in

Stable employment history demonstrating job longevity and professional progression

Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
