HireNow Staffing is partnering with a highly respected Am Law 200 firm to recruit a mid-to-senior-level Litigation Attorney for its Southern California-based Warranty Litigation Team. This position offers location flexibility within California and the opportunity to work remotely or in-office, as long as you are a licensed member of the California Bar.

In this role, you'll represent automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While prior warranty experience is not required, were seeking attorneys with a strong litigation background and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of litigation, including trial and arbitration preparation, motion practice, depositions, and mediations

• Manage caseloads independently with support from a collaborative team

• Provide strategic counsel to clients in complex warranty disputes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally in defense litigation

• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing

• Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work

• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal communication

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $170K - $200K, based on experience
