What You Bring to the Table:

• Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited Radiographic Program

• Advanced MRI Certification

• 3+ years of MRI experience

• 2+ years in a leadership or lead tech role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

• ACR Accreditation participation

• MRSO Certification is a plus

Your Impact:

As the MRI Supervisor, you'll take the lead in:

• Overseeing all MRI operations, compliance, and patient care protocols

• Collaborating with department leadership on scheduling and staffing

• Supporting the hiring process and onboarding of new team members

• Ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services

• Performing MRI scans as needed and leading by example

• Coaching team members to promote continuous growth and interdepartmental collaboration

• Participating in rotating weekend on-call coverage (Sat Sun, 8am12pm)
