This is a prime leadership opportunity for a senior tax professional ready to drive international tax planning, compliance, and strategy across a multinational enterprise.
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee global tax strategy, including transfer pricing, BEPS compliance, and cross-border structuring
  • Manage international tax compliance, reporting, and audits
  • Partner with internal finance, legal, and external advisors to assess global tax risks and opportunities
  • Provide guidance on tax implications of international business transactions and expansions
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. and international tax laws and regulatory changes
What You Bring:
  • CPA and/or JD preferred
  • 8-10+ years of international tax experience (corporate or public accounting)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits
  • Experience managing global tax operations and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
