HireNow Staffing is hiring an IT Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations for a leading professional services firm in Washington, DC. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver with a customer-first mindset and a strong grasp of IT systems, support, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, and user accounts

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and mobile devices

• Assist with system updates, backups, and patch management

• Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory

• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues quickly

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of IT support or systems analyst experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team

• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
