Shift: 7PM - 7AM, rotating weekends

Salary: $63,835.00 - $75,000.00

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from an accredited Associates degree in Nursing
2. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
3. BLS certification is required Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical/surgical nursing practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
6. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Job Description:

Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.

Documents patient care given.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.

Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Education:

Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN.

License:

Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.

Certifications:

BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred
