Salary: $71,000.00 - $93,600.00

Position Summary:

The Quality/Safety Coordinator position is responsible to act as a liaison with the Quality/ Safety leadership team, Surgical leadership, Administration, clinical and surgical staff, and surgical patients. The responsibilities include oversight for all quality and safety programs related to surgical services, regulatory compliance, and data management for program registries. Registry and Programs include, but not limited to the Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) certification/re-certification, Optimized Surgical Recovery (OSR), OASCAHPS (Surgical Patient Experience) The Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation, and provide safety programs meeting AORN, ANSI/AAMI, and ASPAN standards.

Qualifications:

1. RN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred
2. Arizona Registered Nurse License required on hire.
3. 2 years RN and experience reviewing and extracting data.

Nice-To-Haves

1. Experience in clinical quality or safety
2. Laser/Safety Officer certification
