HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to support a growing national company's legal and HR teams. This fully remote position is ideal for a proactive attorney who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for advising on all things related to employment law and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on employment law matters including hiring, terminations, investigations, accommodations, and wage/hour compliance

• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks

• Advise on labor law, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and workplace safety issues

• Support internal HR investigations and advise on risk mitigation

• Stay ahead of evolving employment laws and regulatory changes

What You Bring:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license

• 5+ years of employment law experience (in-house or firm)

• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state labor/employment laws

• Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams a plus
