Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 + Bonus

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to hire a Senior Litigation Attorney with strong civil defense experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on leadership within complex litigation matters and work alongside seasoned trial lawyers in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury, general liability, and commercial defense

• Lead case strategy, client communication, and settlement negotiations

• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in trials or arbitration

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to practice growth

What You Bring:

• J.D. and active California Bar license

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience (defense preferred)

• Strong courtroom, writing, and case management skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
