Who Were Hiring

We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented professionals with external audit experience and a strong foundation in GAAP and GAAS. You'll need a CPA license (or be eligible if applying for a staff role), along with the interpersonal skills to work directly with clients, regulators, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee or participate in financial audits, compliance reviews, and special audit projects

  • Supervise or support audit engagements from planning through final reporting

  • Draft and review financial statements, footnotes, and internal control reports

  • Engage directly with clients to understand operations and offer audit recommendations

  • Lead or assist with staff training and development on audit standards and procedures

  • Stay up to date on evolving accounting rules and implement changes across client engagements

  • Build client relationships and identify additional service needs

  • Help foster a high-performance team culture focused on client success and audit excellence

What You Bring

CPA License (required for Audit Manager; CPA-eligible accepted for Staff Auditor)
Minimum 4 years of audit experience (ideally in public accounting)
Familiarity with GAAP, GAAS, and related financial reporting standards
Ability to manage or contribute to multiple engagements and deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software

Nice-to-Have Experience

Knowledge of GAS, governmental, or ERISA audits
Background in healthcare, real estate, construction, or nonprofit sectors
Experience training or mentoring junior team members
Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location audits
