Salary: $235K - $365K (2nd - 5th Year Lockstep) + Bonus Eligible

HireNow Staffing is proud to partner with a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Capital Markets Associate to join its Chambers-ranked Structured Finance Practice in New York City.

This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level attorney with 2 - 5 years of structured finance experience to join a top-tier international platform and work alongside industry-leading partners on high-value, complex transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Represent a range of clients including banks, finance companies, hedge/private equity funds, and public/private companies in structured finance transactions.

• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, and related financing contracts.

• Collaborate across teams, manage transaction closings, and maintain direct client and counterparty communications.

• Provide ongoing legal support to the Capital Markets practice group.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 5 years of structured finance experience in a law firm setting (this is a strict requirement).

• Admission to the New York Bar, in good standing.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
