This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to work on sophisticated transactions within a high-performing and collaborative practice.

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of the structured finance team, you'll play a key role in advising institutional clients across the capital markets space. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling asset-backed financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing arrangements, and deal structuring

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating core transaction documents

• Serving as the point of contact for clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle

• Working closely with senior partners and legal staff to manage closings

• Staying on top of evolving market trends and client needs in the structured finance space

What Sets You Apart

Must-Haves:

• 2-5 years of structured finance experience at a reputable law firm

• Solid track record working on securitizations, purchase and sale agreements, servicing contracts, and similar matters

• Admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing

• Clear and confident communication style written and verbal

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with a variety of clients, including financial institutions, private equity funds, and public/private borrowers

• Interest in mentoring junior associates or contributing to internal initiatives
