HireNow Staffing is proud to represent a rapidly growing real estate litigation practice based in St. Petersburg, Florida, seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an on-site position with a full caseload ready from day one no book of business required.
You'll join a collaborative, results-driven team that values autonomy, work-life balance, and deep expertise in real property disputes. Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Take full ownership of litigation files from intake to resolution including drafting, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial prep

Client Engagement: Provide strategic counsel to clients on real estate disputes involving contracts, property ownership, evictions, boundary disputes, or title issues

Court Representation: Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings, advocating effectively on behalf of both individuals and business clients

Team Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure cases move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Legal Research & Drafting: Draft pleadings, memoranda, discovery responses, and legal briefs with precision and attention to real property nuances

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
Minimum of 3 years litigation experience
Ability to manage a full docket with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in real property law or related civil litigation
Comfortable appearing in court independently
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with client service focus
Available to start quickly or within a short notice window
