Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg

JOB TITLE:  Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg 

LOCATION: Palestine, TX

SHIFT:  Night Shift 

SALARY:  $45,800.00 - $75,645.00

SIGNING BONUS:  No

RELOCATION PACKAGE:  None

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to patients on the medical-surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs accurately and timely.

Must-Haves:  

1.)  Registered Nurse in the state of Texas

2.)  1 Year of Medical Surgical experience 

3.)  1 Year of Short-Term Acute Care Hospital 

Nice-To-Haves:

1.)  BLS from AHA

2.)  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
