HireNow Staffing is looking for a highly skilled Education Resource Specialist to join a leading abdominal (kidney) transplant program in Houston, TX one of the nation's most respected transplant centers.

This role is your opportunity to drive clinical excellence through education and hands-on training while impacting patient care in a deeply meaningful way.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and lead high-impact training and education for staff across outpatient, transplant ICU, and acute care units.

• Mentor and support transplant coordinators and nurses through orientation, continuing education, and skills development.

• Ensure educational compliance with OPTN and CSM standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including SICU and outpatient transplant care.

• Work alongside leadership to implement innovative education strategies through structured, classroom-based and clinical programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active RN License in Texas or compact state (no stipulations).

• Master's degree in nursing required.

• Current BLS Certification

• Minimum 5 years acute care RN experience

• 3 years as a Kidney Transplant Coordinator (non-negotiable)

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

• Consistent and verifiable work history

Preferred Extras:

• Certification as a Transplant Coordinator

• Familiarity with Epic, OPTN, and CSM compliance

• Clear, confident communicator with strong critical thinking skills

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)
