HireNow Staffing is partnering with a nationally recognized M&A advisory firm specializing in veterinary practice transitions. As they expand into new markets and healthcare verticals, they're adding Transitions Advisors who can run point on strategic sales conversations with practice owners and buyers.
This isn't a cold-calling role it's an opportunity to step into warm, qualified conversations with real sellers and lead them through one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. You'll manage a deal from introduction to close, backed by a modern CRM, proven outreach frameworks, and a dedicated support assistant.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Deal Management: Guide veterinary practice owners through every step of the sales process from intake and valuation to negotiation and close

Pipeline Conversion: Lead client consults and maintain a goal of converting 20%+ of qualified opportunities into engagement agreements

Buyer Outreach Strategy: Proactively identify and engage buyers to secure at least 3 high-quality offers per listing

Referral Generation: Execute post-sale referral tactics that consistently yield follow-on business from happy clients

CRM Discipline: Keep deal progress moving and communication tight expect 90%+ adherence to pipeline touchpoints

Sector Expertise: Gain fluency in a healthcare vertical (starting with veterinary) and collaborate on deals with team leads as needed

Advisory Mindset: Build strong rapport with both sellers and buyers, positioning yourself as a trusted, knowledgeable resource
The Ideal Candidate
Has closed deals in small business M&A, business brokerage, practice transitions, or a related advisory capacity
Brings a command of deal structures, valuation, and negotiation with owner-operators and institutional buyers
Balances charm with accountability you can win hearts and get results
Thrives with autonomy, but values process and collaboration
Operates efficiently using CRM and deal management tools
Based in or aligned with Pacific Time Zone for scheduling consistency
Prior experience in veterinary or healthcare services a bonus, but not required
