HireNow Staffing is recruiting on behalf of an Am Law 200 firm seeking multiple Litigation Associates to join their Litigation Business Unit across California. These roles focus exclusively on representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.

Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic legal environment. California Bar membership is required.

What You'll Do:

Support trial and arbitration prep; participate in motion practice, depositions, mediations, and other litigation phases. 

Work closely with clients and team members on strategy and execution in warranty-related disputes. 

Draft pleadings, handle negotiations, and contribute to all stages of case management.

Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice with opportunities for client exposure and advancement.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of litigation experience, with courtroom exposure preferred.

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

• Effective communication and a professional demeanor.

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• California Bar license (active and in good standing).
