Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ECMO equipment during emergent and life-saving procedures

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care tailored to pediatric and NICU populations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and discharge processes

• Promote quality improvement, safety standards, and a high level of personalized care

• Serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced clinical staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN required)
Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
Current BLS Certification
At least 2 years of ECMO Specialist experience
Prior experience with pediatric or NICU patients
